sorry to be slightly vulnerable but i forever live in fear that one day i'll say or do something wrong & become the next public enemy number #1 & everyone will start going like "yeah i never liked him anyway i always thought she was annoying lol"
I’ll say that people who typically say that — those who used to be your confidants, anyhow — will say that about anyone. It’s a cowardly attempt to feel better about themselves. As much as it pains me to say, everyone cannot love each other. There will always be those who don’t like you, and at times it may seem like a majority — it will be time to find your footing once more, find a new garden to be planted in, a new beach to feel your shores.
You may genuinely have to reflect on your thoughts & why you think, you’ll grow as a result.
Often times, personalities simply may clash! And that’s okay. Even if others take it the farthest they can, you’ll manage once more. Life is all about doing the dishes — you may eat out for a while like a king, but you’ll eventually have to do the dishes again! Maybe even do the laundry.
i absolutely feel this, esp since i've made myself a bit of a.. public figure(? for lack of a better term) in these spaces
