Beautiful story!! The first volume focuses on Rika’s struggles as a transman while the second focuses on Satsuki’s feelings towards Rika as his friend. One thing I absolutely adore about the manga is the use of pronouns ! Since we don’t have gendered pronouns like “ore”, “boku”, or “atashi” the translators used M/F symbols in place of them! It’s very cool to me and is very important to Rika’s transition!

Another thing I adore about this manga is that Satsuki still sees Rika as a girl. I rarely ever see this type of thing taken as it is in this manga if that makes sense?

They don’t make him entirely evil for this and that’s just so cool to see ?? I DUNNO HOW TO DESCRIBE IT BUT THE WAY THEY HANDLED HIS CHARACTER IS JUST LIKE AWESOME TO SEE

Anyway i totally recommend this manga to literally anyone ever it’s so peak
