SYMBOLISM!!! i know it might sound weird but ive done a whole project on it and finding/making symbols makes it so much deeper!!

I suggest trying to grammatically copy sentences that you like from other writing! Different verbs, moving them around, looking for what it is that you like in the original writing, and how you may be able to incorporate semantics into your writing!
