Can't say I recall that because I wasn't in the undertale fandom, but I did witness some crazy crimes due to fandom spaces.
People talking about them like they're just a fictional tale is so funny, and interesting. Makes me forget I actually witnessed it sometimes.

i wasn’t old enough to truly witness it myself but it’s just one of those things in a fandom that you’ll hear about at least once if you’re a part of it … it was literally someone posting about how someone gave them cookies with needles inside at a convention .. i don’t believe they ever found who did it and why
but either way i always find it interesting what people will do and how far they will go because of their love for a media .. it's kind of fascinating in a way
