in my opinion, which holds as much weight as you'd like it too i think that despite it being easier, overall the net effect is negative, and it does far more harm then good but you bring up really good pointsnand I do agree with your reasoning!

absolutely ! i do think people should confront others if they have an issue with them, even if it’s uncomfortable since i feel like it feels more relieving .. there may be a reason behind vaugeposting but like you said it doesn’t really help in the long run
