I found a way that actually allows me to clean my room and focus while being off of my ADHD meds, its super helpful^_^ ::
write down a point system, with the things that I need to do (I do this on my mirror) example / what I currently have; floor 10pts, bed 5pts, boxes by bed 15pts, sweep floor 20 pts, mop floor 12 pts. - (break) - dressers 5 pts, desk 5 pts.
under it I wrote "POINTS : 0" and as I finish things i'll add them to the point count
I also have been listening to feel good inc (current song fixation) on loop because it gives me mental stimulation. i'm also using a sensory chew necklace to stop myself from getting distracted by needing oral stimulation ( oral fixation beats my ass/silly)
