Hi ! College art student to the rescue here (ish) :p

In terms of anatomy I recommend using basic shapes to get an idea of the form, in this case a round/curvy body.

Using irl people as reference also helps, try simplifying their body into simple shapes you understand, and go from there!

And remember, it's always okay to use 'cheats' if you are a digital artist. ^^
