- my personal definition of lesbianism is the queer love of a woman/femme-presenting person. this can mean various of things, but what I mean is that -- if you truly reconcile with lesbians and their experience, I believe you have the right to use the term. if I was RCTA (I'm not) and claimed I was black, -- that would be racist because of my own bigtry&ignorance on the experience of colorism, racism, and outright prejudice. this is about personal beliefs and how it affects not just others but literal meanings -- my alter Stan Marsh, claims to be Mexican. am I genetically Mexican in any sort of ways? . . no, for gods sake, no! I can't lie, i've been out of sorts lately -- but I AM NOT RCTA, I am simply unfamothable sleep deprived and claiming inheritance due to a headcannon that stuck in my brain so hard it rerouted my processes. anyways, sometimes a label is simply a label: it has a meaning to the person or personality or alter IDFK, it means something so I believe you should have that right of self-expression. is RCTA still cringe? yes. Am I gonna judge random users online for labels and identities? no. outside of queerness RCTA is a whole nother argument to make, which I will NAWT step my foot in.
