key differences:

• questions are disabled on communities and profiles by default
• no anonymous questions
• deleted questions delete their responses too (not sure why I made neospring not do that... since it makes no sense to leave an answer to something that you can't even see anymore)
• deleted users don't take their questions with them... deleted users on questions just turn the asker to "void"
  • much like how deleted communities turn their posts to being in the "void" community
